The 1991 Trek 8900 mountain bike is designed for serious competitor who’s aggressive riding necessitates only the best equipment. The 8900 is built with domestically produced tubing constructed to meet our unique design specifications. It features squeeze cast aluminium lugs, forged dropouts, Answer aluminium stem, Matrix composite handlebars and a SunTour XC Pro GT length Accushift drive train. The 8900 also features the innovative Rock shox suspension fork which allows for faster descents with greater control. The end result is an ultra strong bike that can take the pressure of competitive riding. Minimal weight makes for quick, smooth acceleration up the hills.
