Mongoose frames are measured "Center-To-Center" (For example: the seat tube measurement is taken from the center of the bottom bracket spindle to the center of the top tube where it intersects the seat tube). The Amplifier and C(a)2 frames are measured "center-to-true-horizontal" (where the top tube would intersect the seat tube if the top tube were parallel to the ground).
