1988 Mongoose atb Mountain Bike Catalogue

The 1988 Mongoose ATB is Mongoose's premium All-Terrain Bicycle providing the finest in perfor-mance, componentry and reliability. It combines many of the same performance features developed for the John Tomac Signature Edition bike. The ATB frame's quick yet stable 71°172° geometry is constructed with 4130 Double Butted chromoly. The forks are fabricated with aerodynamically contoured tubing for precise steering control and sleek styling. The ATB is equipped with a responsive Shimano Deore derailleur system, Deore SIS fingertip shifters, Shimano alloy brakes, Biopace chainrings and Tioga T-Bone stem and tapered alloy handlebars.
