Haro Bikes is arguably one of the most iconic BMX brands in the history of the sport. Founded in 1978 by 'the father of freestyle' Bob Haro he began making BMX accessories - like many companies did when they first started out. Haro Designs was incorporated in 1980 and began making freestyle BMX in 1983. In the early 90's after Haro was sold due to a decline in BMX, it ventured into producing a range of mountain bikes.
